  • The Hospitality Center: Dual low wooden coffee tables styled with a tea service, hydration station, and ambient lanterns.

  • Zone 1 (0-15 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $75 Flat Fee

  • Zone 2 (16-30 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $125 Flat Fee

  • Zone 3 (31-45 miles from Santa Monica HQ): $200 Flat Fee

Surface & Access Requirements

  • Grass Setup (Standard): Included. We use heavy-duty stakes to secure the tent.

  • Hard Surface Setup (Concrete/Turf/Patio): +$100.

    • Why? We cannot stake into concrete or artificial turf. This fee covers the rental and labor of transporting 500lbs+ of sandbags/weights to safely secure the tent against wind.

  • Stairs/Difficult Access: +$50.

    • Note: If your setup area is more than 50 yards from where our van can park, or requires carrying gear up flights of stairs, this labor fee applies.

The Installation. Our design team arrives to construct and style your suite. We handle the heavy lifting, furniture placement, and architectural details in under 90 minutes. You just unlock the gate.

2:00 pm

The Check-In. The keys are yours. Step into a fully lit, climate-controlled sanctuary. The linens are crisp, the amber lanterns are glowing, and the space is ready for silence.

4:00 pm

The Retreat. Whether you booked a single night reset or a 3-day extended stay, the space is yours to inhabit. Sleep deeply, wake up slowly, and enjoy the luxury of indoor-outdoor living.

1-3 nights

The Checkout. We return to dismantle the suite, leaving your garden exactly as we found it. No laundry, no cleanup, no stress. You simply walk back into your house, fully restored.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Short Answer: We require a flat, soft surface (grass or dirt) of at least 22 x 22 feet.

    The Details: Our architectural canvas structures are massive (16.5 feet wide), and we require 2–3 feet of clearance on all sides for the tension lines and staking. To achieve the signature "floating" look, we must stake into real ground. We generally cannot install on concrete, pavers, or artificial turf unless staking through the turf is permitted.

  • The Short Answer: Only if you require Climate Control (Heating or Fan).

    The Details: We designed our lighting to be 100% cord-free (battery-operated warm LED lanterns) to preserve the aesthetics of your garden. However, if you are using our ceramic heaters or cooling fans, we will need access to one standard exterior outlet within 50 feet of the structure.

  • The Short Answer: We adhere to 5-star boutique hotel standards.

    The Details: Every item in the suite is sanitized between residencies. All bed linens, duvets, and robes are professionally laundered at commercial high heat. Mattresses are vacuumed and steam-sanitized. We do not use "camping gear"—everything touching your skin is residential grade.

  • The Short Answer: We offer a flexible "Rain Check" policy.

    The Details: While our architectural canvas is fully waterproof (and many guests find the sound of rain on the roof deeply relaxing)we want your residency to be perfect, not compromised by a storm. We monitor the forecast closely. If heavy rain or high winds are predicted 24 hours before your arrival, we will work with you to reschedule for a future date at no penalty. Safety (and comfort) is always our final call.

  • The Short Answer: We hold a refundable security deposit for every booking.

    The Details: We use high-quality white linens and authentic rugs to create a luxury experience. We kindly ask that red wine, chocolate, and berries be enjoyed at the table, not in the bed. Significant stains or damage to the furniture will be deducted from the security deposit at replacement cost.
